Connecting the display unit

KIMAX cab-mounted variant
• Connect the display unit to the supply voltage
by connecting the brown cable to terminal 31,
and the black cable to terminal 15.
The white and blue cables connect to a
floating relay contact (max. 1 A/30 V DC),
which closes when alarm value 2 (A2) is
exceeded.
• Reconnect the battery.

Final inspection and function test

Remove all tools and unused materials
from the vehicle and replace all covers
and panels required for safe engine ope-
ration! If necessary, tilt the cab back to its
closed position and close the engine
compartment!
If any leakage is present, switch off the
engine immediately and depressurize the
compressed air system! Under no cir-
cumstances should you try to retighten
connections while the engine is running!
If the display does not indicate a value af-
ter starting the engine, switch the ignition
off again immediately and check all elec-
trical connections!
• Switch the ignition on.

DIf the display is connected correctly, the cur-
rent suspension air pressure appears on the as
yet uncalibrated display.
(Example: display value
0.8 bar air pressure)
