Installation
Notes for installation on vehicle
Before carrying out any work on the air
suspension system, ensure that it is de-
pressurized. To depressurize the sus-
pension, lower the vehicle/trailer/
semitrailer to its lowest position!
When carrying out installation work, wear
safety shoes as specified by your em-
ployer's liability insurance!
During work on the vehicle, secure the
vehicle according to the manufacturer's
instructions!
Tilt the cab forward all the way to its end
stop or secure it firmly against falling
shut!
Wear close-fitting clothing to prevent
crushing injury and burns!
Observe tool manufacturer's safety in-
structions at all times!

While working on or near the engine, en-
sure that the engine is not running and
secure it against being started by, for ex-
ample, removing the ignition key from the
ignition!
Refer to the vehicle drawings to identify
the position of fuel, hydraulic and com-
pressed air lines and electrical cables!
During installation and removal, avoid da-
maging lines and cables and severing
line and cable connections!
Do not drill or cut holes or installation cu-
touts in load-bearing or stabilizing com-
ponents!
Only cut mounting holes in areas speci-
fied by the vehicle manufacturer!
Mounting holes should initially be made
small and, for larger openings, finished
with a grinder, keyhole saw or file! Edges
must be deburred!
