Setting the Instrument
Using the ORION Link Software
NOTE: The computer must be fitted with an Infrared Adaptor IrDA
RS 232 (e.g. iFoundry IFSYS-8001A) and the
corresponding software.
1. If not already done, connect the infrared adaptor to the computer
and install the driver (see drivers and installation instructions for
the infrared adaptor).
NOTE: .NET-Framework by Microsoft
on the computer.
2. If not already done, install the .NET-Framework by Microsoft
software on the computer (software and installation instructions are
on the supplied CD-ROM).
3. Install the ORION Link software on the computer (software and
installation instructions are on the supplied CD-ROM).
