CLEAN AND TIGHTEN BATTERY THERMINALS

TIGHTEN ENGINE CUSHIONS

CHECK TORQUE OF BOLTS AND NUTS: EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND

CURVE, FLANGE OF TURBOCHARGER AND OIL PAN

CHECK FAN

CHECK TURBOCHARGER (axle clearance and housing condictions)

Obs.: 1) Light Duty: Pick-up's and Sport Utilities.

2) Heavy Duty: Bus, Trucks, Light Trucks, Vans.

3) See instruction on vehicle manual for deaeration procedure.

A) This table is just for guidance. The original vehicle maintenance table prevails over this one.

B) For heavy-duty and off-road operations use, half of the periods shown in this table.

C) If the engine has to stay inactive for a long period, it is necessary to perform an operation test biweekly,until

to reach the operation temperature.

D) Independent of the indicated intervals between engine oil changes, it must be changed, at the maximum,

at each 6 months.

E) Electronic components BOSCH (sensors of phase, rotation, air pressure and temperature, water

temperature) are free of maintenance and checked by diagnose tool specified with errors keeped at the

failure memory.
