1. GENERAL
1.1 Applications
The HOMESON kit is used to accelerate the water flow and regulate
the temperature according to the needs of domestic central
heating systems (energy saving / optimum performance). It includes
a three-way mixer valve to obtain the required temperature by
mixing part of the return water with the hot water from the boiler.

• Insulation class
: F (155 °C)
• Protection
: IP42
*(10,2 m CE = 1 bar).
2. SAFETY
The present operating instructions should be read carefully before
installation and commissioning takes place. Particular attention
should be given to the points regarding the safety of the equipment
for the intermediate or final user.

3. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

On receipt of the equipment, check that it has not been damaged
during transportation. If a fault is observed, take all the necessary
steps in relation to the carrier, within the time limit agreed.
If the equipment delivered is to be installed at a

4.3 Operating principle
Mixer valve
The three-way valve is for adjusting the system temperature by
mixing part of the return water with the water produced by the
boiler (See FIG. 2a). This adjustment is done manually using a control
button (FIG. 1a - rif. 4) as follows :
Position 0 : No mixing with water from boiler.
Position 1 to 9 : Water mixed according to curve FIG. 2b.
Position 10 : No mixing with return water from system.
Position M : Maintenance, hydraulic isolation of circulator suction.
Circulator
The immersed rotor motor (FIG. 1a - ref. 1) helps to accelerate the
fluid flowing in the system. The selector allows to suit the flow to the
system (See FIG. 3).
5. INSTALLATION
5.1 Assembly (A to E)
Note : for versions that have not been heat insulated, please ignore
the heat-proof jacket and the isolation valves shown on the
assembly diagrams (See A to E).
- Ensure the HOMESON kit is to hand.
- Fit directly on the piping, never at the lowest point to provide
protection against deposits.
- The circulator motor axis must be horizontal.
- Allow for isolation valves on either side of the HOMESON kit to
make it easier to remove or to work on it.
- Use an impermeable glue at the moment of the connection on
the openings of outlet G1/2.
5.2 Electrical connection (See D)
All electrical connections must be carried out by a certified
electrician in compliance with the standards in force.
All the electrical data for the circulator are given on the
identification plate.
Power supply
- Use a three-conductor cable (3 x 1.5 mm
mains to the corresponding terminals on the circulator: PHASE (L) –
