Instructions for use
Rotate the support top 180°
WARNING:
Before you adjust the Allen® Advance Table or use the flip or tilt
features, make sure that the brakes are locked, the patient is secured
against the prone support set, the patient is fully prepared for the
adjustment; the Allen® Advance Table is free of objects that could
interfere with the adjustment, and all loose or unsupported objects have
been secured. Otherwise, patient fall, injury, or equipment damage
could occur.
40. Make sure that—
The brakes are locked (the locked indicator on the
Allen® Advance Table display is green).
The patient is fully prepared for the adjustment.
The Allen® Advance Table is in the correct
position for you to install a second support top:
The columns are at the same height.
The Allen® Advance Table and the installed support top are
level. See "Level the table and the support top" on page 35.
The Allen® Advance Table is free of objects that could
interfere with the adjustment.
All loose or unsupported objects have been secured.
The rail top has the prone supports installed. If it does not, install
them (see page 28).
41. Install the second support top as follows:
g.
At one end of the Table, put the
upper H-bracket in position on
the bowtie. Hold the H-bracket
so that the open end is down, the
J ends are toward you, and the H-
bracket is angled toward you.
h.
Install the J ends of the H-bracket
on the bowtie so that the H-
bracket fits into the notches on
the sides of the bowtie.
