The station can be controlled via the IEEE 488/24-pin compatible plug connector with a PLC board or an I/O
simulation box.

FluidSIM software can be optionally used to control the station. FluidSIM
stations via simulated relay or logic circuits.

8.2 The conveyor module

The module is supplied fully assembled. The attached motor controller permits clockwise and
counterclockwise rotation.
The conveyor module is used for transporting and buffering the workpieces. Optical proximity sensors with
fiber-optic cables are used to verify that workpieces are present upstream from the feed separator and at
the end of the conveyor.
The conveyor belt is driven by a DC gear motor.
The workpieces can be stopped and separated by an attached electromagnet (solenoid) with separator.

profile plate, a profile foot or a slotted
mounting frame. The DC motor is freely
positionable.
