DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

a6 Outlet for accessories (dough hook, mixer and whisk)
a8 Removable cover for meat mincer outlet (meat mincer supplied depending on model)

c2 Mixer (for shortcrust pastry, cake mixture, cake frostings and icings, mashed potatoes, etc)

BEFORE FIRST USE

Before using for the first time, wash all accessories in hot water and a little washing up liquid.
Rinse and dry.
ADJUSTMENT OF WHISK, DOUGH HOOK AND MIXER
The distance from the accessory to the bottom of the bowl is set at a pre-fixed standard height
when delivered from the factory. If you want to, the height can be adjusted:
1. Switch off the appliance and unplug.
2. Lift the mixing head and insert the required accessory.
3. Hold on to the accessory with one hand and at the same time
loosen the nut by means of an adjustable spanner, see diagram
opposite.
4. Lower the mixer head and adjust the height by turning the
accessory itself. Ideally the accessory should almost touch the
bottom of the bowl.
5. Lift the mixer head and tighten the nut while you hold on to the
accessory with the other hand.
