10.Screw in the oil drain plug (tightening torque 60 Nm).
11.Pour in the engine oil.
12.Close the filler cap.
13.Allow the engine to run for 30 seconds.
14.Wait 5 minutes.
15.Check the oil level.
Installation information
Renew the seals.
Check for leaks.
Bleeding the fuel system
Air must be bled from the fuel system if the fuel tank has been run
empty of the fuel filter has been changed.
1. Fill the fuel tank.
2. Set the ignition switch to position I.
The pump runs audibly quieter after 2-5 minutes.

1. Raise the side brushes.
2. Release the nuts.
3. Remove the side brush.
4. Fit the new side brush and screw in place.
Adjusting the sweeping area
Adjust the sweeping pattern according to the illustration using the
rear and side screws.
Flushing the water circulation system (option)
1. Disconnect the water circulation system hose coupling.
2. Connect the water supply hose to the water circulations sys-
tem and flush the system.
3. Set the irrigation switch to the water circulation system posi-
tion
The end of the suction pipe is better irrigated.
Empty the water reservoir
1. Open the valve on the drain hose (on the left under the waste
container).
2. Allow the water to drain.
CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage
Always secure the tipping mechanism.
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.
3. Apply the parking brake.
4. Switch off the main switch.
Cleaning
Clean the vehicle daily after finishing work.
CAUTION
Risk of damage through incorrect cleaning
The articulated joint, tyres, radiator fins, hydraulic hoses and
valves, seals, electrical and electronic components must not be
cleaned using a high-pressure cleaner.
Observe the respective safety regulations when cleaning the ve-
hicle with a high-pressure cleaner.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Wash the vehicle only when the engine is switched off to protect
the air filter.
1. To avoid a risk of fire, check the vehicle for escaping oil and
fuel. Have leaks repaired by Customer Service.
2. Clean all plant residues and oil from the engine, muffler, bat-
tery and fuel tank to avoid a risk of fire.
3. If necessary, clean the engine with a brush, compressed air or
with low water pressure if necessary.
4. Clean the wheel mudguards.
1. Remove the radiator protective grille, see chapter Removing/
installing the radiator protective grille.
2. Manually remove coarse dirt deposits from the engine radiator,
air-conditioner radiator and fuel cooler.
3. Clean the engine radiator, air-conditioner radiator and fuel
cooler with a soft brush, compressed air (max. 5 bar) or with
low water pressure.
Clean the waste container and cover
Waste container is emptied.

3. Clean the waste container and the cover with a water jet.
