25. INSTALLING THE COOKING COMPONENTS

Installation:
First, on the gas barrel side, place the three Heat Tents on the top of
the burners. Place the Cooking Grids, side-by-side, on the grid ledge
inside the Main Grill. Place the Upper Cooking Rack on the upper
ledge inside the Main Grill. The cooking rack will lock into place. Note
illustration 25A.
Next, on the pellet barrel side, place the Cooking Grids, side-by-side,
on the grid ledge inside the Main Grill. Place the Upper Cooking Rack
on the upper ledge inside the Main Grill. The cooking rack will lock into
place. Note illustration 25B.
IMPORTANT: To maintain optimal searing and grilling performance
of your cooking grids, regular care and maintenance is required.
Lastly, screw the Smoke Adjusting Bar into the hole between the two
barrel chambers, and tighten it. Ensure it can slide from front to back
smoothly. Note 25C.

26. PLACING THE GREASE BUCKET, GREASE TRAY

Grease Bucket Liner (#14)

Grease Bucket (#15)

Grease Tray (#22)
Installation:
Slide the Grease Tray into the bottom of the barrel. Insert the Grease
Bucket Liner into the Grease Bucket, then place the Grease Bucket on
the spout hook on the underside of the grill. Ensure both components
are level to avoid grease spills.
