Your cooler bag is not working/ Plug not inserted or not completely inserted.
does not cool
There is no voltage at the 12-volt onboard socket (cigarette
lighter) in the vehicle or the ignition is off.
The plug of the cooler bag is dirty.
The onboard fuse is broken
Bag or cooling unit broken

contact your Porsche partner.
Suggested remedy
e Insert the plug (fully)
e Switch on the ignition
e Clean the plug, see "Cleaning" on page 21
e Replace the fuse. Please refer to the instructions for your
vehicle.
e Request repair via your Porsche partner and have it carried
out.
