INSTALLATION - GT2 TRACK MOUNT ON ACTA-BACK OR VISCO BACK
For use with Compass 4 Hardware only.
WARNING! DO NOT use GT2 Track Mount Hardware if you are using Compass Power Mount Hardware. Use GT2 Slot
Mount Hardware instead.

Remove the cover from the back support. If installed, remove the
Compass 4 mounting hardware using the 5mm hex key. Retain the
washers and the double nut.

Align the holes on the track (A) with the top and bottom of the slot on
the back support shell (B). The raised lip on the track must be aligned
with the outer edge of the back support shell.

Using the 4mm hex key and the 10mm wrench, fasten the track (A)
to the back support shell (B) with the provided flat head screws (C)
and the lock nuts (D). Make sure the slots on the track and the back
support shell are aligned before the final tightening.

Reinstall the Compass 4 hardware with the flat side of the double nut
against the track. Order of installation: Long bolts (E) provided, safety
washer (F), flat washer (G), 45° angle bracket (H), shell (B), track (A),
double nut (J).

Using the 4mm hex key, loosen the bolt (K) on the track clamp (L)
enough to slide the clamp from the top or bottom of the track into
position. Make sure that the bolts (M) on the LTS hardware are facing
up, and the small wedge of the track clamp (L) fits under the raised lip
of the track (A).
6 Securely tighten the bolt (K) and replace the back support cover.
Follow steps 5 and 6 for each set of hardware needed.

Continue to the "Adjustment and Use" section for final hardware
adjustments and pad positioning.
4 Point Hardware
1 When using the 4 Point hardware with
the Track Mount LTS hardware, discard
the large section of the slot lock nut
and move the small section with the
threaded hole to the outside face of
the back support shell.

Attach with the bolt and the washer,
as shown.
3 Install the remaining portion on
the chair. Refer to the instructions
provided with the 4 Point hardware.
