HARDWARE OPTIONS - LONG SLOT MOUNT BRACKET
For GT2 hardware. All required tools are provided.
Note: The replacement long slot mount bracket must be installed in the same orientation as the original mounting link.

Remove the bolts (A) and the washers (B) from the slot lock bracket (C) to release from the slot mounting link (D). Retain
the fasteners and the slot lock bracket for the new assembly.

Unscrew the bolt (E) from the link (F) to release the slot mounting link (D).
Recommendation: Keep the spring, the washer and the bolt (E) within the link (F) if possible; discard the slot mounting link (D) or
retain for future use.

Line up the new long slot mount bracket (G) with the link (F) and fasten with the bolt (E).

Reassemble the bolts (A), the washers (B), and the slot lock bracket (C) around the long slot mount bracket (G), or see
instructions for mounting to the various back supports.
IMPORTANT! After hardware and pad positioning, make sure that the teeth on all link joints are properly aligned and
engaged before final tightening. See the warning in the "Important Safety Information" Section in this manual.
HARDWARE OPTIONS - HARDWARE COVER
For GT2 hardware styles.

Before installing the hardware onto the back support/chair or before attaching the support pad, slide the hardware
cover (A) over the hardware.
2 Align the hole in the cover with swing-away release button (B) on the hardware as shown.

When adjusting the links on either style hardware: stretch and pull back the cover to expose the adjustment bolts on the
hardware, and then replace and realign the cover.
