10. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
Fault
The Nano Air 50 does not start.
Switch tripped automatically once the Nano
Air 50 has been commissioned.
Low airflow.
The fan beeps.
High sound level, vibrations.
11. STORAGE AND TRANSPORT RULES
•
Store the Nano Air 50 temporarily in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer in a dry, ventilated room, at a temperature of
between +5°C and +40°C and less than 70% humidity.
•
The storage environment must not contain aggressive vapours or chemical mixes likely to cause corrosion or distortion of the insulation and
joints.
•
Use an appropriate lifting device for handling and storage to avoid any falls or excessive swaying likely to damage the Nano Air 50.
•
Comply with the handling requirements applicable to this type of package. Transport is permitted in any kind of vehicle, provided that the
Nano Air 50 is protected from mechanical damage and bad weather. Avoid shocks and bumps during handling.
•
Before running the equipment after it has been transported at very low temperature, it must be exposed to the use temperature for four
hours.

Possible reasons
No power supply.
The motor is blocked, the fan is clogged.
Overvoltage caused by a short-circuit in the
electrical circuit.
The fan is in low speed.
The filter, fan or heat accumulator are dirty.
The service life counter has reached the filter
replacement threshold.
The fan is dirty.
The fan casing or outdoor grille screws are
loosened.
Solution
Check that the Nano Air 50 is connected
correctly to the mains and correct if
necessary.
Power off the Nano Air 50. Unblock the motor
and unclog the fan. Clean the blades. Restart
the Nano Air 50.
Power off the Nano Air 50. Contact an
installer.
Set a higher speed.
Clean or replace the filter, clean the fan and
the heat accumulator.
Service the accumulator and filters.
Clean the fan.
Tighten the fan or outdoor grille screws.
