5.0 DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
This operation is to be carried out by the customer.
Before demolishing the machine, you are advised to carefully check its physical condition and ascertain whether there are any parts
of the structure that may be susceptible to structural collapse or breakage during demolition.
The customer should operate in compliance with the environment protection laws in force in his/her country.
The machine demolition operations should be carried out by skilled personnel only, equipped with suitable protective clothing
(safety footwear and gloves) and auxiliary tools and equipment.
All the disassembly operations for demolition should be carried out with the machine stopped and detached from the tractor.
Before demolishing the machine, you are advised to render harmless all the parts that may be a source of danger and therefore:
· scrap the structure using specialized firms,
· remove any electrical apparatus according to the laws in force,
· collect oils and greases separately, to be disposed of through specialized firms, in accordance with the regulations of the country
in which the machine was used.
When the machine is demolished the CE mark should be destroyed together with this manual.
Last but not least, we remind you that the manufacturer is always available for any and all necessary assistance and spares.

USE AND MAINTENANCE
ANSWER
1) Regularly check the state of wear of the
coulter. If it is worn, adjust its position to
maintain a constant planting depth. Replace
it if necessary.
Whenever the coulter is replaced, we
recommend replacing the cutter disc too.
The end of the coulter should be adjusted so
that it is no more than 0 to 2 mm (max.) deeper
than the notches marked on the edge of the
disc between one tooth and the next (E, Fig.
6). Take care to tighten the screws in a
balanced way, so that the cutting edge of the
coulter stays in perfect contact with the surface
of the disc without impeding its rotation.
1) During the sowing test, the turns of the handle
were made too quickly.
2) Check that when the seeds were weighed,
after the sowing test, the tare of the collecting
container was taken off.
3) When loading the seeds into the hopper,
check that there are no foreign bodies inside
it and the doser that could obstruct the regular
flow of the seeds.
The differences due to slipping or to excessive
dispersion of seeds on the headlands, are in the
order of 2 - 4%. Greater differences will be due
exclusively to errors in the rotation test, to the
wrong gear ratio or to similar causes.
