INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3 Equipment Setup and Use:
Prior to use:
a. Inspect the product looking for any visible damage or sharp edges that could be
caused by a drop or impact during storage.
b. Make sure product has been properly cleaned and disinfected and wiped dry
prior to each use.
c. Inspect the Allen 4-Post Frame for any visual defects
d. Inspect the straps for signs of wear
e. Ensure all components meet specified dimensions
f. Ensure table is not in tilt or Trend
Setup:
a. Position the Allen 4-Post so that the HEAD SUPPORT BAR is located on
the head side of the surgical platform.
b. Position the Allen 4-Post straps so that the System does lay over a table
