Requirement(s):
ü The authorisation process is complete (if neces-
sary).
ü The vehicle and the charging cable are suitable
for Mode 3 charging.
u Unroll the charging cable completely.
u Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
Only valid for products with a hinged lid:
u Flip up the hinged lid.
u Fully plug the charging plug into the charging
socket of the product.
Only valid for products with a shutter:
u Firmly plug the charging plug into the charging
socket of the product. The contour of the grey
ring indicates the orientation of the charging
plug.
u To open the shutter, turn the charging plug 60°
in the anti-clockwise direction.
u Fully plug the charging plug into the charging
socket.
Charging process does not start
If the charging process does not start, the lock func-
tion of the charging plug is not possible, for ex-
ample.

u Check the charging socket for foreign objects
and remove if necessary.
u Replace the charging cable if necessary.
Ending the charging process
ATTENTION
Material damage due to tensile stress
Tensile stress on the cable may cause cable breaks
and other damage.
u Pull the charging plug out of the charging
socket.
u End the charging process on the vehicle or by
holding the RFID card in front of the RFID card
reader.
u Pull the charging plug out of the charging
socket.
u Put the protective cap on the charging plug.
u Hang or store the charging cable kink-free.
Charging cable cannot be unplugged
u Start and stop the charging process again.
If the charging cable cannot be unplugged, e.g.
after a power failure, the charging plug cannot not
be unlocked in the product. The charging plug must
be unlocked manually.
u Have the charging plug unlocked manually by a
qualified electrician.

web interface:
n Export charging statistics
n Select time server (NTP)
n Change network settings (e.g. IP address)
n Manage RFID cards in local whitelist
n Change password to web interface
