SERVICING
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Open the hatch (A).

Undo the screw (B) of the pressure connec-

tion.
Connect the pressure gauge (C) to the pres-

sure test point.
Turn the gas supply tap back on.

Switch on the appliance.

and safety at work. If necessary, the person
authorised to carry out these operations
should organise a "safety plan" to protect
the people directly involved.
(water, electricity and gas) must be set up
exclusively by suitably qualifi ed staff , in ac-
cordance with local requirements.
Perform a cooking cycle without food at the
maximum temperature then check that the
pressure reading complies with the values pro-
vided in the table at the back of the manual.
Switch off the appliance, turn off the gas sup-
ply tap , and disconnect the pressure gauge
(C) and retighten the screw (B).
Close the door (A) when the operation is
complete.
