TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The fryer, referred to from now on as "the ap-
pliance", is designed and manufactured for
frying foods within the professional catering
sector (for example: in restaurants' kitchens,
canteens, hospitals, and in business activities
such as bakeries, butcher's shops, etc...); it

Main Parts
Frying well: in stainless steel.

Fume exhaust vent (Type (A): for removal of

the fumes generated by the burner.
Burner control knob: lights and turns off the

relative burner.
Red light: to indicates the intervention of the

combustion control unit or to signal the in-
tervention of the safety thermostat.
Green light: indicates that the appliance is

receiving electrical power.
Orange light: to indicate that heating of the

oil in the well is in progress.
Basket hanger support: to support the bas-

ket while foods are being drained.
Doors: for accessing the inside of the appli-

ance.
Reset button: to restore the gas supply.

Drain tap: for draining the oil from the well.

ral versions to meet varying user requirements
