NOTE: The equipment comes with a
cable to connect it to the outlet of the di-
sconnecting switch. If it is necessary to chan-
ge the cable, proceed as described below.
WARNING: The connection must be
made by authorised, skilled personnel, in
accordance with the relevant legal require-
ments, using appropriate and specifi ed ma-
terials. The appliance is supplied with opera-
ting voltage 230V/1N 50Hz (220V/1N 60Hz
available on request).
For direct connection to the mains one must
envisage a device that ensures disconnection
from the mains, with a contacts opening di-
stance that ensures complete disconnection in
the conditions of category III over-tension, in
compliance with the installation rules.
HAZARD: Before doing any work, cut
off the mains electricity supply.
Connect the appliance to the mains electricity
supply as follows.
If not already present, install an automatic

circuit-breaker
(A)
with the following characteristics:
– Thermal breaker device (to adjust see Annex-
es).
– Magnetic circuit breaker B or C (IEC 60898).
– Residual current protection set a 30 mA.
Open the hatch (B).

Undo the screws (C) to remove the lid (D).

IMPORTANT: Make the connection in
compliance with the relevant legal require-
ments, using appropriate and recommend-
ed materials.

Connect the circuit-breaker (A) to the ter-

minal boards (E) of the appliance as shown
in the diagram and in the electrical system
diagram at the back of the manual and use
a cable with at least type H07RN-F charac-
teristics:
– Weight: ≥ than H07RN-F type(designation 245
IEC 57)
– Temperature of use: ≥ 80°
WARNING: When connecting, take
care over the connection of the neutral and
earth wires; if they are not connected cor-
rectly, the burner does not light.
Replace the lid (D) and fi x it with the screws
