10. Warranty Conditions

With this document, the manufacturer certifi es the product has been properly assembled,
top quality materials have been used, all necessary testing has been performed and
product compliance with current legislation. The product is covered by a warranty period
of 12 months, beginning the date of delivery to the fi nal user, which must be attested to
upon purchase by fi scal documentation issued by the retailer including the unit's serial
number.
The consumer has the right to request warranty service during the period covered by
the warranty only by sending a written notice no later than 2 months from detecting the
malfunction.
1. The warranty is limited to replacing or repairing components or pieces, which are the result of faulty
production, with the exclusion of any expenses relating to labour, technicians' travel expenses,
transportation and packaging, etc.
2. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions deriving from poor maintenance, incorrect power
supply, negligence and incompetence. Likewise, the warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by
the lack of servicing due to user negligence (see instruction manual).
3. This warranty does not include any direct or indirect compensation for damages of any nature to
people or things as the result of the ineffi ciency of the equipment.
4. The warranty is automatically forfeited in the event the equipment is repaired, modifi ed or tampered
with by the purchaser or by unauthorised third parties.
5. For interventions covered by the warranty, the purchaser can only contact the retailer or the service
centres indicated by the manufacturer or contact the manufacturer itself. Likewise the purchaser shall
be responsible for ensuring the packaging is in perfect condition and suitable for safe transportation.
6. In the event of disputes concerning the application of the warranty or the quality or conditions of the
equipment delivered, the purchaser cannot interrupt or delay the payment of the price or of the price
instalments.
7. No compensation for damage can be requested by the purchaser due to inactive equipment.
8. The warranty explicitly excludes those defects:
-caused by damage during transport;
-that cannot be traced back to fabrication defects, but rather to normal wear and tear of the materials
due to the proper use of the unit (specifi cally, calcifi cation and wear and tear of the components
subject to wear and tear)
-caused by atmospheric events such as lightning and/or fi re, and humidity and any other damage
which cannot objectively be attributed to the manufacturer.
RULES
✓ THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WARRANTY IS ENSURED BY THE PRESENCE
OF THE FISCAL DOCUMENT ATTESTING THE PRODUCT PURCHASE DATE.
✓ THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOUR, TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION
EXPENSES, WHICH WILL ALWAYS BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PURCHASER.
