8. Compare the stable floating indicator position to the red flag. See Figure 5.
If the indicator floats:

ABOVE the red flag, the result is UNACCEPTABLE (FAIL – go to

BELOW the red flag, the result is ACCEPTABLE (PASS – test complete).
