. Operating the air fryer
WARNING!
Risk of fire!
Cooking oil and other liquids can catch fire as a result of the
high temperatures.
Do not fill the fryer drawers (/) with fat or cooking
oil as you would with a conventional fryer. Add only
the appropriate small amount of cooking oil to the food,
depending on the recipe.
Do not overfill the fryer drawers. Observe the
marking. However, we recommend filling the fryer
drawers (/) only % full for ease of use.
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
There is a risk of injury due to burning on hot surfaces.
The touchable surfaces on the appliance and accessories
may become hot during operation.
Use oven gloves.
Pull the fryer drawers (/) out of the appliance.
Fill the fryer drawers with the food. For more information on the recommended fill
levels, see the tables in section ".. Setting an automatic programme" on page
and ".. Recommended settings" on page .
Hold the fryer drawers firmly by the cool-touch handles (/) and push them from the
front until completely inside the appliance and they click into place.
.. Setting the cooking time and temperature
Press the standby button
" " is displayed on the display field (/). The zone selection button () flashes.
After approx. minutes, if no buttons are pressed the appliance switches to
standby mode.
