The cooking process starts for both fryer drawers with the respective settings. The
SMART FINISH buttons () flash during the cooking process.

The quantities or numbers of pieces in the table below represent the optimum
and maximum quantity.
Refer to the table for the corresponding settings for the respective food. The
settings may vary by volume, by the food itself or by your own wishes and
taste. Also observe the preparation instructions from the respective food
manufacturers.
Larger quantities of food usually require a slightly longer cooking time, smaller
quantities a slightly shorter cooking time.
To achieve optimal cooking results, shake the fryer drawer
(/) (see Fig. G) or turn the food (see Fig. H) several times
throughout the cooking process as required.
