1.8 Mounting awning:
Insert awning into the brackets upwards from the bottom at the same
time, as far as possible. The awning has a spring mechanism and
clearly audibly engages (see Fig. 09, 10).
! This work step must be carried by two installers!
! This awning must audibly engage!
! As long as the securing screws are not placed, it is dangerous to
stand underneath the awning and this area must only be entered by
installers.
1.9 Placing securing screws:
If the awning is engaged and the brackets are aligned, the awning
has to be secured using the securing screws before further operation.
To do so, tighten the supplied screws crosswise (2 pieces per bracket,
M 12 x 45, recommended torque 50 Nm).
The securing screws are fully tightened if the awning can no longer
be lifted in the bracket (see Fig. 11).
! Without the securing screws, the unit is not ready for use and
must not be moved!
