2. Recess installation
2.1 Checking unit width:
The unit width can be determined as described on page 13.
See page 13: 1.1 Determining unit width
2.2 Observing recess installation variant:
Observe the ordered installation variant (variant 1 or 2).
Note: Do not mix up RB 1 and RB 2 as the hole spacings of the brack-
ets are different!
2.3 Mounting recess brackets:
! The fittings must be suitable for the existing installation substruc-
ture!
Mount recess brackets on recess areas (align horizontally!). Check
centre-to-centre distance on recess brackets and compare with unit
centre-to-centre distance (observe installation variant)! If necessary,
use suitable accessories as underlay for the recess brackets (see Fig.
17).
If the recess brackets are aligned, the fasteners must be tightened
in accordance with the information from the fastener manufacturer.
*Unit centre-to-centre distance = unit width - 104 mm
