Solution(s)
Adjust the water temperature setting to a
higher level.
1. Adjust the seat temperature settting to a
higher level.
2. Deactivate Eco Mode and try again after 5
minutes (see page 21).
Adjust the dry setting to a higher level.
1. Use the manual flush in the event of a
power outage. Auto flush should function
again once power is restored (see page 20).
2. Reactivate auto flush mode (see page 20).
1. Water pressure may drop when other
household water supply is in use (Ex: another
toilet flushing, shower, washer, etc). Wait and
retry to flush.
2. Ensure water supply valve is fully open.
If a power outage occurs while the flush
function is in use, the unit may continue to
flush water. Close the water supply valve,
unplug the unit, and stop use until electricity
is recovered.
1. Open the water supply valve.
2. Wait until the water supply is turned on.
3. Clean the nozzle (see page 26).
4. Clean the mesh filters (see page 24-25).
1. Ensure the plug is securely connected.
2. Check and reset GFCI outlet. Unplug the
unit and plug another device into the outlet
to make sure there is power.
3. Confirm the power supply meets required
specifications (see pages 5-6).
1. Adjust sitting position to fully cover the seat
sensor (for seat sensor location see page 10).
2. Open the water supply valve.
