SAFETY
The manufacturer has made any effort to design this Machine as INTRINSICALLY SAFE
as possible. It has also fitted it with necessary guards and safety devices and has
supplied sufficient information for the correct and safe use.
In this aim, in every chapter, whenever necessary for man‐machine interaction, the
following details have been provided:
Minimum qualification of the operator
Machine status
Residual risks
Necessary or suggested PPE
Prohibitions/obligations relating to reasonably forecastable incorrect behaviours
The user can duly supplement the manufacturer's information with additional working
instructions , provided they are not in contrast with the indications of this Manual, to
favour a safe use of the Machine.
Whenever necessary in the Manual, further recommendations will be provided by the
user on accident‐prevention measures, PPE, information to prevent human errors and
on prohibitions relating to reasonably forecastable not allowed behaviours
The following instructions have to be followed:
Maintenance and repair interventions have to be performed with electric and
hydraulic exclusion devices sectioned.
Do not modify for any reason any part of the Machine: in case of malfunction due to
the non respect of the above instructions, the Manufacturer will not be held
responsible for consequences. Ask the manufacturer for any possible modification .
Clean the machine coatings, panels and controls with soft and dry cloths or with
cloths slightly wet with a mild detergent, do not use solvents such as alcohol or
petrol since surfaces could get damaged.
Position the machine as agreed upon order or as indicated by the layouts provided
by the Manufacturer: otherwise the Manufacturer will not be held responsible for
possible troubles.
The manufacturer will not be held responsible for damages caused by the Machine to
people, animals or properties in case of:
Use of the Machine by unduly trained staff.
Incorrect use of the machine.
Electric or hydraulic supply defects.
Incorrect installation.
