N - Real temperature reading
Displays the real glue temperature at all times.
O - Machine status indicator LED.
(red-green)
While the glue is being heated, the LED is red. When the set
temperature is reached on screen M (-5ºC), three beeps are
heard, the LED changes to green and the blue pilot light G
simultaneously turns on.
P - Current impulse indicator LED
The elements that heat the glue tank are operating intermit-
tently. The LED remains on as long as the elements receive
the current.

6.1.1 Automatic CPU processes

The machine is equipped with two CPUs that control the fo-
llowing automatic machine functions:
1 - The glue temperature may be set at between 160º and
210°C on screen M.
2 - Once the glue reaches 150°C, the glue tank motor starts
up, but the machine will still not be operational until it rea-
ches the set operating temperature.
3 - If the machine is operational, but no work has been per-

formed for half an hour, the machine automatically stops,
the message "STOP" appears on screen and LED O blinks in
red.
To restart the machine, simply press button C and wait for it
to become operational once more.
4 - If you have finished work and you forget to turn off the
machine, after 1/2 hour it will automatically switch to idle
status (110ºC), and the message "fun1" will appear on screen

M. At this temperature, the glue is kept in good condition. To
restart the machine, simply press button C and wait for it to

become operational once again.
An hour and a half after the last work is performed, the ma-
chine automatically stops and the word "Stop" appears on
screen.
5 - During the board banding process, the feeder and profi-
ling machine motors stop 15 seconds after the board passes
the start microswitch.
The idle temperature is 110ºC, which prevents the glue
from deteriorating too quickly.
