C - Motor start-up pushbutton
This connects the circuit that controls the feeder motor, the
trimmer motor and the automatic advance microswitch,
when switch E is set to the "automatic" position.
When switch E is in the "continuous" position, it connects the
feeder and trimmer motors and when it is in "no glue hea-
ting" position, it connects the trimmer and feeder motors.
D - Motor stop pushbutton
This disconnects the previously mentioned motor circuit.
E - 3-position switch:
1 - (Left) AUTOMATIC position
In this position, the machine operates in intervals.
Before and after performing the work cycle, the machine is
on standby with the feeder and the trimmer motors are sto-
pped.
2 - (Centre) CONTINUOUS position
In this position, the feeder and trimmer motors are operating
continuously, without stopping.
This position is used only for edgebanding very long series.
3 - (Right) NO GLUE HEATING position
In this position, the machine operates as it does when the
switch is in the centre position, but without heating the
glue.
This operating mode is used to go over boards on which the
trimming is inadequate.
This position is also used to verify that the electrical con-
nections are correct. (See section 4.5.2: Testing the electrical
connections.)
F - White pilot light
This pilot light indicates that there is voltage. It is lit when
main switch A is connected and in position (I).
G - Blue pilot light
When this pilot light is lit, it indicates that the machine is
ready to glue. It lights up after emitting three beeps (beep,
beep, beep), which indicate that the operating setpoint tem-
perature has been reached (-5ºC).
H - Green pilot light
When lit, this pilot light indicates that pushbutton C has been
activated and there is voltage on the trimmer, feeder and
input microswitch circuit.
I - Air pressure gauge
This indicates the pressure in bar at which the machine is
operating.
