7.3.3 BLADE AND COUNTER BLADE ASSEMBLY AND AD-

JUSTMENT
I
The assembly must be performed in the following order:
• First. Mount the right counter blade support L (Fig. 50), fo-
J
llowing the procedure used to dismount it in reverse order.
• Second. Mount the blade block D (Fig. 49) so that the right
blade and counter blade face and make contact with each
other, but do not interfere with one another.
• Third. Mount the left counter blade support K (Fig. 50) with
the screws I (Fig. 50 and 51) and with the help of the key J

(Fig. 51), but without actually locking them in place.

• Fourth. To adjust the cut between the blade and the left
counter blade, move the 4 studs P (Fig. 51) using the service
D
key O (Fig. 51), until you are able to manually push the blade
block D (Fig. 51), and it slides smoothly. Use a sheet of wri-
ting paper to verify that the two blades can cut it without

bending it.

When this adjustment is finished, tighten the screws hard I
(Fig. 51) on the left counter blade.
