• To tighten the belt, turn screws D (Figs. 73 and 74) cloc-
kwise, using key E. Both screws D must be adjusted in the
same manner, turning them the same number of times in or-
der to maintain the roller alignment. Belt A (Fig. 72) will be
tightened once it is perfectly flat. Overtightening the belt
may cause it to deteriorate prematurely.
• In order to verify that they have been correctly aligned,
make sure that the distance G (Fig. 74) from the feeder cover
to the shaft N is the same for both screws D.
• Remount cover B (Fig. 67), using screws A (Fig. 66).
