Press knob B and turn it clockwise to release safety valve A.
To lock it once again, turn knob B counterclockwise and re-

5.1.2 Air pressure control

(Figure 21)
Make sure that safety valve A is open.
Operating pressure must be approximately 6 bar. This pres-
sure has already been set in the factory, but if it is necessary
to reset it, use knob C while observing dial D. Proceed in the
following manner:
• Pull out knob C. Turn it clockwise to increase the pressure,
or counterclockwise to decrease it, and push knob C back in
to lock it.
• To remove condensation from the filter, turn control E cloc-
kwise, press it in, and turn it once again counterclockwise.
This operation must be performed while safety valve A is re-
leased.
C
The machine is equipped with a safety val-
ve (Fig. 21). Whenever performing any ad-
justment, setting or repair operation, the
valve must be closed and a padlock placed
on it. A qualified, authorised operator should
be in charge of keeping the keys.
The machine leaves the factory with the
safety valve closed.
