3) Make a last check to be certain that tyre and rim diameter correspond.
4) Check to be certain that rim and beads are sufficiently lubricated. If necessary lubricate some more.
5) Seat the beads with short bursts of air. Between bursts, check the air pressure on the inflator gauge.
Check to see if the beads have seated and, if not, repeat the process.
Special take must be taken when seating beads on humped or double humped anti-bead breaking rims.
6) Continue to inflate the tyre with short bursts of air and constantly checking the pressure between bursts until the required pressure has been reached.

TUBED TYRES
1) Remove the valve stem.
2) Clip the valve onto the inflator chuck making sure it is properly connected.
3) Make a last check to be certain that tyre and rim diameter correspond.
4) Check to be certain that rim and beads are sufficiently lubricated. If necessary lubricate some more.
5) Press the pedal down to position 1 (Fig. Q/1) to start inflation.
6) Release frequently the inflating pedal to check pressure on the manometer (1, Fig. Q/2).
Introduce more air little by little untill the correct pressure is reached.
N.B.: If you over inflate the tyre, hold the deflate button (2, Fig. Q/2) until the correct pressure is reached.
Release the button to check pressure on the manometer.

TUBELESS TYRES

N.B. When inflating tubeless tyres using a strong jet of air (BLAST MODE), the wheel
must be clamped from the inside of the rim.
1) Remove the valve stem.
2) Clip the valve onto the inflator chuck making sure it is properly connected.
3) Make a last check to be certain that tyre and rim diameter correspond.
4) Check to be certain that rim and beads are sufficiently lubricated. If necessary lu-
bricate some more.
5) Press the pedal down to position 1 (Fig. Q/1).
6) If the bead of the tyre is not well seated, due to a strong bead, lift tyre manually
until the upper bead seals against the rim, then press the pedal all the way down (posi-
tion 2, Fig. Q/1).
A strong jet of air will be released through the nozzles in the slides and this will help
the bead seal.
7) Release the tyre; set the pedal back to position 1 (Fig. Q/1) and continue to inflate
the tyre to the required pressure.
N.B.: If you over inflate the tyre, hold the deflate button (2, Fig. Q/2) until the
correct pressure is reached. Release the button to check pressure on the manometer.
