For information on battery longevity, see the Information for Prescribers manual. The Clinician Programmer
and the patient remote control provide notice when the IPG battery has entered Elective Replacement
Mode and when the IPG battery has reached its end of service (EOS). Refer to the Programming Manual
and the Remote Control Directions for Use for additional information.
Failure to replace the IPG may lead to reduced programming capabilities, limited communication with the
stimulator, and loss of stimulation.
