MOVE OR DELETE FILE – Moves or deletes

MULTIPLY JOB QUANTITY – This option

M. CHANGE PIECE QUANTITY – This option
changes the quantity of a single piece that is
selected.
N. CAPTURE CURRENT PIECE – Selecting this
button will capture the current piece for use as
a Standard Piece or within another TRS file.
O. View Task1.prg – This is a troubleshooting tool
used by Alpine Equipment Support.

EXIT – Exits the user out of the UTILITY screen.

Automatic Operation
Click or touch AUTO to enter the Automatic Operation
mode. It will bring up the Job/Piece Select Screen

Jobs available to cut are listed on the left side.
Clicking or touching a job description will highlight
it with the blue bar.

Detailed information about the job is displayed on
the right side of the screen. Click or touch any piece
to highlight it in yellow and display all its cutting
and description details in the upper window.

The scroll bar on the right side of the screen, or the
PREV and NEXT buttons below can be used to look
through the entire job. Pieces in red have been
completely cut. When a piece is in blue, it means
that some of its quantity has been cut, but not all.
•
Highlight a blue piece to see the details; the upper
window will show the total quantity and the
number that have been cut.
Information about the job is located in the lower left
corner (Figure 12):
TOTAL SETUPS indicates the total number of

unique pieces in the job.
TOTAL PIECES is TOTAL SETUPS times the quantity

EST JOB TIME displays the amount of time required

to complete the job

LONGEST PIECE indicates the length of the longest
piece in the TRS file.

CURRENT STOCK LENGTH shows the size of stock
currently chosen for running the job.
This is very important information because it informs
the computer what length stock is being used to cut the
job. Clicking or touching the white box will bring up a
screen that allows a choice of the proper stock length.
