Locate the regulator on outfeed of
saw near the bottom of the outside
of the saw cabinet and check the
pressure.
Listen for air escaping from the
cylinder.
Check for free motion by
disconnecting the air and manually
move the system connected to that
particular air cylinder.
Listen for air leaks inside and
outside the saw cabinet.
Listen for leaks as the solenoid
valve actuates. A leaking valve
could indicate damage to the seals.
Disconnect the air and manually
move axis in question.
Check CB 202 breaker in the main
electrical cabinet.
Check codes on the blade motor
servo drive in the electrical cabinet.
It should display "bb" or "run. "
Visually inspect power and
feedback cables.
Visually inspect A1, T1, Z1, B1 (if
equipped) for blockage.
Locate the regulator on outfeed of
saw near the bottom of the outside
of the saw cabinet and check the
pressure.
Setup the piece in semi-auto mode
and run the cut.
Cut a job from a different TRS file to
determine if this is the root cause.
This error will cause the controller
program to close. Check computer
desktop for an error.

Adjust the regulator.
Replace air cylinder.
Trouble moving the system
indicated mechanical blockage.
Remove the mechanical blockage
and repeat the check.
Repair any air leaks immediately
as they will cause the saw to drop
below the required operating
pressures.
Replace solenoid valve.
If difficult movement is
experienced a bearing may be
near the end of its life, call Alpine
Equipment Customer Service for
further assistance.
Reset breaker if tripped.
Locate the blade reset button on
the inside of the main electrical
cabinet. Hold this reset button for
10-15 seconds. This will reset the
blade motor servo drive and clear
the fault code.
After resetting, if the drive does
not display "bb" or "run" call Alpine
Equipment Customer Service.
Replace damaged cables.
Call Alpine Equipment Customer
Service if further assistance is
required.
Remove blockage and restart
homing process.
Adjust the regulator.
If the cut cannot be completed in
