Check all E-Stop locations to
determine if one is pressed.
Using the included electrical
schematic, locate the breaker.
Using the included electrical
schematic, locate the breaker
overload.
Using the included electrical
schematic, locate the relay. When
on, a red LED will illuminate on the
relay.
Locate print controller panel on the
computer task bar.
The pump is located in the printer
cabinet and has a toggle ON/OFF
switch on it.
Turn off the printer pump.
Turn off the pump to depressurize
the ink container and allow the
level to be visually checked.
Check for an amber light on the
print sensor when a board is
present
Verify that during other operational
situations, the light illuminates
green
Check the air pressure at the
pressure gauge. It can be found in
the printer cabinet near the printer
pump and check the pressure.
Use the mouse to display the task
bar. On the task bar check to see
if the print controller program is
open.

Reset the E-Stop switches by
pulling them to the out position.
Check the conveyor system for
mechanical blockage, then reset
the breaker.
Press the reset button on the
overload.
If the overload continues to trip,
call a qualified electrician to
identify the source of the problem.
If the relay does not turn on, call a
qualified electrician to identify the
source of the problem.
Call a qualified electrician to
identify the source of the problem.
Reset print controller and print
head settings. Match the settings
to the default values noted in
yellow on the screen.
Replace the ink container and
bleed the air out of the lines.
If the light on the sensor is not
changing properly, use Matthews
cleaner on the sensor, cleaning any
dried ink off of it.
If the light does not illuminate
green, it may be necessary to
replace the sensor, call Alpine
Equipment Customer Service for
further assistance.
Adjust the regulator.
Use the desktop shortcut to open
the print controller program.
