NOTE
Use clamps and/or vice grips to hold position while threading.
Step 7 – Bend the lacing rod end to keep it from sliding
out
Step 8 – Tension and square tail pulleys to pull up slack
on the bottom
Step 9 – Ensure belt does not slip with a light load of
10 – 15 lbs
NOTE
When the belt is tracking straight observe it for 15 minutes and
then stop adjusting.

!
NEVER PUT ANY PART OF YOUR BODY NEAR THE MOVING BELT.
Step 2 – Run conveyor to determine which way the belt
is tracking.
Step 3 – Adjust bottom guide roller closest to machine.
Think of tracking a belt like riding a bicycle—the
forward roller is the handlebar. The belt will adjust
according to the direction in which you move the
forward roller.
Due to slippage and roller dynamics there is a limited amount of
adjustment that can be made. It is important that all the rollers
are spinning. If the roller stops spinning adjust it back to the point
it spins. Then move to the next roller and continue the
adjustment process.
Step 4 – Adjust middle guide roller the same as above if
needed.
The third roller is adjustable but should not need to be adjusted
except for extreme cases.
