Calibrate the Cut Angle (A1)

Step 1 – Place a piece of engineered lumber (preferably

against the back fence. The board should extend slightly
past the blade.

Pusher In" button on the Manual Control Screen.
Step 3 – Engage the L1 clamp by pressing the "L1 Clamp
Down" button on the Manual Control Screen.
Figure 65
Step 4 – Move A1 axis to 90° using the Move A1 button
on the Manual Control Screen.
Step 5 – Move T1 to the center of the board.
For example, if the board being used is 8" wide, the
position for the T1 axis should read "4.00".
Step 6 – Start blade using "Saw Motor On" button on
the Manual Control Screen.
Step 7 – Lower Z1 using "Jog Z1 Down" button on the
Manual Control Screen to cut off the end of the board.
Be careful not to move Z1 down far enough to trip the
software safety, or it will disable the axis. (If the axis is
disabled, cycle the power on the machine and repeat
Step 7).
Step 8 – Send Z1 axis to zero using the "Move Z1"
button on the Manual Control Screen.
Step 9 – Stop the blade using the "Saw Motor Off"
button on the Manual Control Screen.
