Ethernet Hub Port on RF

Note: To connect a single Ethernet
Scale to an Ethernet RF scale, a
crossover patch cable can be used
instead of the hub.

The RF scales have an active 10BASE-T hub port on the bottom of the scale. You can
use this port to connect the scale as a standard wired Ethernet scale or it can be used to
connect multiple Ethernet scales using one wireless radio on the Symbol® 802.11
network, as shown below. Up to ten nodes can be connected in this manner.
