Transport

to warp.

the feet.

Setting up

NOTE:
Possible measuring errors due to reflections on
the measuring object!
Strong ambient light leads to undesired reflec-
tions on the measuring object. This impairs the
accuracy of the measurements.
▷ Set up the scanner in such a manner that it
faces away from windows or strong artificial
lighting.
_ The machine is intended exclusively for use
within dry, closed rooms.
_ Minimum space requirements for the desktop
scanner (incl. connections):
▪ Width: 424 mm
▪ Depth: 415 mm (excl. connection cable)
▪ Height: 469 mm
_ The set-up surface must withstand a load of
25 kg.
_ During operation, the room temperature must
be between 18 °C and 30 °C; avoid large varia-
tions in temperature.
▷ Set up the machine on a sturdy work table or
work bench (off the ground and clear of walls;
this is important due to natural oscillation).
▷ The opening of the scan chamber must face
away from windows and strong artificial light-
ing.
▷ Adjust the height of the machine by screwing
the feet in or out, ensuring that the machine is
positioned firmly on all four feet.
