17. CONEXIÓN DE LA
ANTENA EXTERNA
(SI EL ALCANCE
DE RECEPCIÓN ES
INSUFICIENTE)
• En la Ellice NEW, esta antena nueva se
coloca en el perfil de acabado del lado
Span, donde también están provistos la
caja de control del motor y el transforma-
dor. A
Si el alcance de recepción del RTS
entre el mando a distancia Somfy
y la caja de control del motor es
insuficiente por diversos factores,
la antena deberá colocarse en el
exterior, fijada a la estructura.
• Determine la posición de la antena externa
en la estructura. Debe colocarse en la
placa superior de un perfil de marco. B
• Perfore un orificio de Ø 8 mm y retire las
rebabas. C
• Extraiga la antena del tubo protector de
PVC realizando un giro de noventa grados
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj. D
• Desenrosque la tuerca, la arandela, el
cable y la arandela dentada de la antena
con la ayuda de una llave plana de 10
mm. E
• Coloque la antena en posición vertical en
la tapa superior, en la posición prevista
para ello, y fíjela con una llave plana de
10 mm. F

• Nel caso di modello Ellice NEW la nuova
antenna viene montata nel profilo di fini-
tura al lato Span, dove si trovano anche la
scatola di controllo del motore e il trasfor-
matore. A

Se a causa di vari fattori la portata
del ricevitore RTS tra il trasmetti-
tore manuale Somfy
e la scatola
®
di controllo del motore è ancora
insufficiente, l'antenna deve essere
installata all'esterno della strut-
tura.
• Determinare la posizione dell'antenna
esterna sulla struttura. Il montaggio è previ-
sto sulla piastra superiore di un profilo del
telaio. B
• Effettuare un foro dal Ø di 8 mm e sbavare
il foro. C
• Far scorrere l'antenna fuori dal tubo di
protezione in PVC, effettuando un movi-
mento rotatorio di un quarto di giro in
senso orario ed estrarla dal tubo di prote-
zione in PVC. D
• Svitare il dado, la rondella, il cavo e la
rondella dentata dell'antenna, utilizzando
una chiave inglese piatta da 10 mm. E
• Posizionare verticalmente l'antenna sulla
piastra di copertura superiore, ovvero
nella posizione prevista ed avvitarla utiliz-
zando una chiave inglese da 10 mm. F

17. CONNECTING THE
EXTERNAL ANTENNA
(IF RECEPTION RANGE IS
NOT SUFFICIENT)
• The antenna is installed in the finishing
profile on the Span side of the Ellice NEW,
which is also where the motor control box
and transformer are located. A
If the RTS receiving range between
the Somfy
remote control and the
®
motor control box is insufficient for
some reason, this antenna must be
placed externally somewhere on
the structure.
• Determine the position of the external
antenna on the structure. This will be on
the upper panel of a frame profile. B
• Drill an Ø8-mm hole and remove any burrs
around the hole. C
• Remove the antenna from the protective
PVC pipe by turning this clockwise for a
quarter turn and then slide this out of the
protective PVC pipe. D
• Unscrew the nut, washer, cable, and tooth
lock washer from the antenna using a
10-mm thin wrench. E
• Position the antenna vertically on the top
cap, specifically at the position provided
for this purpose, and secure this using a
10-mm thin wrench. F
