torch circular guide, template cutting guide and spacer can be attached and
locked on the outer contour of the protection caps.
The ergonomically shaped handle is equipped with a trigger. A switch-on
protection device prevents unintentional switch-on when the cutting torch is laid
down.
The machine cutting torches ABIPLAS
output versions, 70A, 110A and 150A based on a duty cycle of 60% in each
case. The cutting torch nozzles and the torch body axis are arranged in a
straight line. The wear parts plasma nozzle, protection cap, swirl ring,
electrode and insulator are parts that can be replaced simply by inserting them
or screwing them in. For protection of the operator, the screw-on protection cap
is equipped with a safety switch-off, which, upon disconnection of the
protection cap, will automatically interrupt the switch-on circuit.
The machine torch body and the handle tube are designed as a cylinder. In
combination with the mount, the machine torch can be fastened to an automatic
guide or carriage.
The cable assemblies are matched to the output versions of the cutting torch
heads. They are available in a standard length of 6m with direct or central
connector.
• Cutting circular parts in the diameter range of approx. 100 to 1000 mm
with manual cutting torches ABIPLAS

• The torch carriage is clamped around the protection cap.
NOTE
When tightening the set screw on clamps, ensure that the protection cap is
not subject to excessive pressure, damaging the female thread.
