- Remove the support washer [2461B], the lower cover [3262] and
the lip seal [4300B].
DISMANTLING OF BEARING BRACKET TYPE TH WITH MOTOR FRAME V1 :
Danger from squeeze points. Depending on mating plate size it
may be necessary to use slings to lift the plate prior to dismantling.
The last column can remain fastened to the mating plate if
necessary.
- Shim under pump so that it is horizontal.
- Remove upper elastic ring [6544B].
- Slide the shaft assembly out of the lantern [3142] supporting the
coupling assembly.
- Remove fastening screws [7412] from the rigid coupling [7212].
- Dismantle half coupling [7212] with its ball bearing [3011].
- Slide out the shaft with the half coupling [7222] and put it on the
floor in a safe way.
- Remove the elastic ring [6544A] from the half coupling [7212].
- Extract the ball bearing [3011].
- Remove the locking screw [7416] and remove the half coupling
[7222].
- Remove the key [6742] using pincers if necessary.
- Remove the support washer [2463] and elastic ring [6544D] if
supplied.
- Remove the lip seal [4300].
- Remove the centering O'Ring [4610A].
