1 Unscrew clamping cylinder from the iCAT
2 Unscrew the pneumatic connection (1)
3 Unscrew the cover (2).
4 Blow compressed air through the individual parts.
5 Check the O-rings (6) for wear and replace them if necessary.
6 Grease the piston (4) and O-rings (6) with sealing grease (included in the
scope of delivery).
7 Mount clamping cylinder again
NOTE
• If the measures described below are not successful, please consult your
dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as the power source, welding torch system, re-
circulating cooling unit, etc.
