LithoClast pn3 pneumatic handpiece
The LithoClast pn3 pneumatic handpiece and
probes are used in lithotripsy with the units of the
range of Swiss LithoClast series for the fragmen-
tation of the urinary tract calculi in the kidney, the
ureter and the bladder.
Aspiration unit LithoVac lv3
The aspiration unit LithoVac lv3 with aspiration
tubes is an optional accessory for the pneumatic
handpiece pn3. The use of this product is recom-
mended for simultaneous aspiration of fragments
and liquids during treatment of calculi in the kidney,
the ureter and the bladder. Clinical experience has
shown that the LithoVac lv3 improves the following
conditions:
•
Favorable positioning of the stone for frag-
mentation by sucking the stone to the probe
tip (possible with stones up to 15 mm in size in
bladder or kidney and 6 to 7 mm in the ureter).
•
Improvement in endoscopic view by controlled
aspiration of blood and fragments.
•
Maintaining a low irrigation solution volume
in the bladder by an effective and precisely
adjustable aspiration level.

Pièce à main pneumatique LithoClast pn3
La pièce à main pneumatique LithoClast pn3 et
ses différentes broches sont utilisées en litho-
tripsie avec les appareils de la gamme Swiss
LithoClast Series pour fragmenter les calculs
des voies urinaires dans les reins, l'uretère et
la vessie.
Unité d'aspiration LithoVac lv3
L'unité d'aspiration LithoVac lv3 avec ses différent
tubes d'aspiration est un accessoire optionnel pour
la pièce à main pneumatique pn3. Son utilisation
est recommandée pour l'aspiration simultanée
des fragments et des liquides pendant la fragmen-
tation des calculs situés dans le rein, l'urètre et
la vessie. L'expérience clinique a montré que le
LithoVac lv3 améliore les conditions suivantes:
•
Positionnement favorable des calculs pour la
fragmentation par l'aspiration des calculs sur la
pointe de la broche (possible avec des calculs
d'une taille maximale de 15 mm dans la vessie
ou le rein et de 6 à 7 mm dans l'urètre).
•
Amélioration de la visualisation endoscopi-
que par l'aspiration contrôlée du sang et des
débris.
•
Maintien d'une faible irrigation dans la ves-
sie par une aspiration efficace et réglable de
façon précise.

Das Stosswellenhandstück LithoClast pn3 und
Sonden werden bei der Lithotripsie mit den Geräten
Swiss LithoClast Serie für die Fragmentierung
von Harnsteinen in Niere, Harnleiter und Blase
verwendet.

Absaugschläuchen ist ein optionales Zubehör für
das Stosswellenhandstück pn3. Die Verwendung
dieses Produkts wird für die gleichzeitige
Absaugung von Fragmenten und Flüssigkeiten
während der Behandlung von Steinen in Niere,
Harnleiter und Blase empfohlen. Es ist klinisch
erwiesen, dass das LithoVac lv3 folgende
Bedingungen verbessert:
•
Günstige Positionierung des Steins für die
Fragmentierung, indem der Stein an die
Sondenspitze angesaugt wird (möglich bei
Steinen von bis zu 15 mm Grösse in Blase oder
Niere und 6 bis 7 mm Grösse in Harnleiter).
•
Bessere endoskopische Sicht durch
kontrollierte Absaugung von Blut und
Fragmenten.
•
Geringe Menge an Irrigationslösung in der
Blase durch effektive und genau einstellbare
Absaugstärke.
