Due to the high energy dissipation of the anode and to the large X-ray field, this X-ray tube
is suitable for a universal field of application.
It has mainly been developed for applications in radiography:
– Serial exposure
– Fluoroscopy technique
The SRO 2550 X-ray tube is installed in the X-ray tube housing assembly:
The unit is only available as a complete X-ray tube housing assembly.
The exchange of an X-ray tube is possible only at the Hamburg factory and at the reload-
ing stations of Philips Medical Systems.
