If the bread is still too moist, you can bake it a bit longer.
1. Place the dough container with the bread in back inside the cooking chamber.
2. Use the MENÜ button to select the BACKEN (BAKING) programme (15).
3. Use the + (increase) and - (decrease) buttons to adjust the additional baking time as
required, in 10-minute increments.
Max. adjustable duration: 1.5 hours.
4. Use the FARBE button to set the temperature and thus the browning level: HELL
(LIGHT) (100°C), MITTEL (MEDIUM) (150°C = default setting) or DUNKEL (DARK)
(200°C).
5. Press START/STOP/PAUSE to start the additional baking time.
Using the timer
Do not use the timer function for any recipes that contain dairy
products (e.g. cheese, cream) or eggs.
If you set a time setting that is shorter than the actual programme
duration, an error message will appear on the display.
You can use the timer to start the baking process with a time setting. Note that the time
setting needs to factor in the baking time of the programme, with a maximum time
delay of 15 hours.
Example: It is 21:30 and the bread needs to be ready at 7 am, i.e. in 9.5 hours. So set the
timer to "09:30".
Procedure:
1. First enter the necessary information as usual with the MENÜ, GEWICHT and FARBE
buttons.
2. Use the + (increase) and - (decrease) buttons to set the time setting as required, in
10-minute increments. If you hold the buttons, the time settings will go forward or
backward faster.
3. Finally, press START/STOP/PAUSE to start the timer.
When the timer elapses, the appliance will switch automatically to keeping
warm mode for a maximum of one hour, then it will switch off. To end
keeping warm mode manually, press and hold START/STOP/PAUSE for a
few seconds.
