5. Keep your aircraft within visual line of sight (VLOS).
6. DO NOT use the aircraft to carry illegal or dangerous goods or payloads.
1. Make sure you understand the nature of your flight operation (such as
for recreation, for public use, or for commercial use) and have obtained
corresponding approval and clearance from the related government agencies
before flight. Consult with your local regulators for comprehensive definitions
and specific requirements. Note that remote controlled aircraft may be
banned from conducting commercial activities in certain countries and
regions. Check and follow all applicable laws and ordinances before flying as
those rules may differ from those stated here.
2. Respect the privacy of others when using the camera. DO NOT conduct
surveillance operations such as image capture or video recording on
any person, entity, event, performance, exhibition, or property without
authorization or where there is an expectation of privacy, even if the image or
video is captured for personal use.
3. Be advised that in certain areas, the recording of images and videos from
events, performances, exhibitions, or commercial properties by means of a
camera may contravene copyright or other legal rights, even if the image or
video was shot for personal use.
Flight Limits
DJI takes flight safety seriously and therefore developed various aids to help
users fly more safely. These aids do not guarantee that you are in compliance
with all applicable laws, regulations, and temporary flight restrictions. You are
solely responsible for your behavior when flying a DJI aircraft.
It is recommended to update the firmware to the latest version using DJI Pilot
2 or DJI ASSISTANT
TM
2 to ensure the following features are fully updated. It
is recommended to regularly connect to the internet so that the aircraft can
automatically update the temporary flight restrictions.
GEO Zones
1. All GEO Zones are listed on the DJI official website at https://www.dji.com/
flysafe and may be updated at any time. GEO Zones include but are not
limited to airports, venues of major events, areas where emergencies have
occurred (such as forest fires), nuclear power plants, correctional facilities,
government facilities, and military zones.
2. The settings and alerts provided by DJI on operations within GEO Zones
are only to assist the user in ensuring flight safety and do not guarantee full
compliance with all local laws and regulations. Before each flight, the user
is responsible for seeking advice on the relevant local laws, regulations, and
requirements, and for the safety of their own aircraft.
3. Flight restrictions vary by zone. They include but are not limited to situations
where warnings are issued, takeoffs forbidden, flight altitude restricted, or
forced landing is required in GEO Zones.
4. Flight-related functions will be affected to varying extent when the aircraft
is near or inside a GEO Zone. This includes but is not limited to the aircraft
slowing down, being unable to create a home point or flight task, and
interruption of a flight task.
Altitude Limit
1. Fly no higher than 120 m (400 ft) above ground level and stay away from
any surrounding obstacles. * The legal maximum flight altitude may be lower
according to local laws and regulations. Strictly follow all applicable laws.
2. To fly above the default altitude limit, accept the disclaimer prompt to enable
the new altitude limit.
* The flying altitude restriction varies in different jurisdictions. DO NOT fly above
the maximum altitudes set forth in your local laws and regulations.

Flight Condition Requirements

Weather Conditions and Surrounding Environment
The aircraft is designed to operate in good to moderate weather conditions.
Observe the following rules to avoid collision, serious injury, and property
damage:
1. DO NOT use the aircraft in severe weather conditions. These include wind
speeds exceeding 15 m/s, snow, rain, smog, heavy wind, hail, lightning,
tornadoes, or hurricanes.
2. Place the aircraft on open and flat ground. Make sure the aircraft is far
away from any surrounding obstacles, buildings, or trees. Keep the aircraft
within VLOS and pay close attention to its flight.
3. If the surrounding lighting conditions are poor, the navigation display in
DJI Pilot 2 will show if the vision or infrared sensing system fails. During
this time, the vision system or the infrared sensing system may not work
properly and the aircraft will not be able to avoid obstacles. Observe the
surrounding environment at all times through the live view and maintain
control of the aircraft to ensure flight safety.*
4. Make sure the beacons and the auxiliary lights are enabled at night for flight
safety.
5. DO NOT take off the aircraft from a moving vehicle.
6. To avoid affecting the motor service life, do not take off or land the aircraft
on sandy or dusty areas.
* Refer to the user manual for more information about the navigation display.
1. Aircraft and battery performance is subject to environmental factors such as air
density and temperature. DO NOT operate the aircraft when the temperature
is outside the range of -20° to 50° C (-4° to 122° F).
2. Be EXTRA cautious when using the aircraft near accidents, fire, explosions,
floods, tsunamis, avalanches, landslides, earthquakes, dust, or sandstorms.
Pay attention to the safety conditions of the takeoff and landing positions and
the surrounding environmental to ensure personal safety as the first priority.
Wireless Communications Requirements
1. Make sure the antennas on the bottom of the front frame arms and the aircraft
body are not damaged or loose.
2. Fly in open areas. Tall buildings or steel structures, mountains, rocks or tall
trees may affect the accuracy of the onboard GNSS and block the video
transmission signal.
3. Avoid interference between the remote controller and other wireless
equipment. Make sure to power off nearby Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices when
controlling the aircraft by remote control.
4. Be extremely alert when flying near areas with magnetic or radio interference.
These include but are not limited to: high voltage lines, large scale power
transmission stations or mobile base stations, and broadcasting towers.
Failure to do so may lead to the aircraft to behave abnormally or lose control
in areas with too much interference. Return to home and land the aircraft if
prompted to do so in DJI Pilot 2.

IP Rating
1. Under stable laboratory conditions, the M30/M30T achieves an IP55
protection rating by IEC 60529 standards when equipped with TB30
Intelligent Flight Batteries. The protection rating is not permanent, however,
